Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The challenge in this Petition is to an order dated 27th January ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 2026, whereby the learned District Judge, Baramati, has directed the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.02.17 10:59:19 +0530 parties to maintain the status-quo till the next date. 3.
The Court is informed that the Appeal is now listed before the learned District Judge on 20th February 2026. Since the learned District Judge has directed the parties to maintain status-quo only till the next date, i.e. 20th February 2026, at this juncture, there is no propriety in entertaining the Petition against the impugned order. Parties shall appear before the learned District Judge on 20th February 2026 and the learned District Judge is requested to hear and decide the Appeal.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners-Respondents in the Appeal submits that the Appeal itself is not maintainable before the District Court. All contentions of all the parties, including the question of maintainability of the Appeal to be raised on behalf of the Respondents in the Appeal-Petitioners herein, are kept open for adjudication by the learned District Judge.
