This petition takes exception to the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Pune, below Exh. 10 in P.A. No. 207 of 2022.

By the order impugned, the learned Family Court has allowed the application filed by the respondent/wife under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act and directed the petitioner/husband to pay Rs.7,000/- and Rs.5,000/- per month to the respondent/wife and son respectively, towards the interim maintenance. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the monthly salary of the petitioner is Rs.44,000/-. It is submitted that the parents of the petitioner are dependent upon him. It is further submitted that even the petitioner has to pay the instalments towards loan availed by him for marriage expenses. 5.

I have perused the impugned order. The quantum of maintenance awarded by the Family Court appears to be very reasonable.

The petition is therefore dismissed.
