This petition is filed for a limited purpose, namely, for expeditious decision of the petitioner's tribe claim pertaining to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe, which has been pending since 14/02/2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in employment and requires a validity certificate, we direct respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of five months from today.
