This Writ Petition was disposed of by an order dated 17th February 2026 directing Debts Recovery Tribunal - 3, Mumbai (DRT-3, Mumbai) to hear and dispose of pending Interim Application No. 91 of 2024 in Securitisation Application No. 508 of 2023, on or before 31st March 2026. 3.

The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the arguments were heard on 15th March 2026 and that the DRT would need an extension from this Court to dispose of the said Application. 4.

Although the Respondents are not represented, we are of the opinion that in light of the arguments having been heard by the DRT, it will be appropriate that extension of time be granted. 5.

In view of the above, the praecipe is disposed of by directing that DRT - 3, Mumbai shall dispose of the Application, in terms of the order Purti Parab

P-1-WP-2139-2026.DOC dated 17th February 2026, in an extended time period upto 25th April 2026. It is made clear that no further extension of time shall be granted and the said DRT shall scrupulously abide by the aforesaid direction of hearing and disposing of the said pending Application on or before 25th April 2026.
