Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell inquiry report of real sister and cousin sister of the petitioner is already filed before the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee and the petitioner is ready to adopt the same vigilance cell inquiry report.

Since the petitioner is in need of validity certificate by the end of June 2026 as she is appearing for MH-CET 2026, we direct respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, by the end of June 2026. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
