This petition has been filed for a limited purpose of seeking direction to the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe which is pending before respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee since 13.01.2023.

Considering the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since last three years, we direct the respondent No.2 -

2 938.WP.2201.26.odt Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. With this direct, the writ petition stands disposed of.
