By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to Respondent No.1 to open the Review Tab on the FRA Portal for the Petitioner - Institution for Academic Year 2025-2026. KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV 2.

Considering the averments in the Petition and the fact by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2026.05.08 13:20:38 +0530 that due to medical emergency of the Petitioner, he was unable to file 1/2

The Petitioner is permitted to file its Review Application for Academic Year 2025-2026, within a period of 15 days from today. 4.

The Respondent No.1 Fee Regulatory Authority, Maharashtra State is directed to accept the filing of the Review Application provided that it is accompanied with the applicable fees. 5.

We make it clear that this order is passed in the peculiar facts of the present case.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
