2026.06.09 18:24:43 +0530 advocate Mr. Arvind Ambetkar submits that the petitioner's proposal dated 04/09/2025 is pending before respondent no. 3 and proposal dated 25/08/2025 is pending before respondent no. 4. If these proposals are directed to be decided within a stipulated period, then, the purpose of the petition would suffice. 3.

504-2219-26-wp.doc before respondent nos. 3 and 4 respectively, we had asked the learned AGP as to how much time would be taken by the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to decide the said proposals. Learned AGP submits that the proposals can be decided within a period of eight weeks.

In view of the submissions, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no. 3 to decide the petitioner's pension proposal dated 04/09/2025 and respondent no. 4 to decide the pension proposal of the petitioner dated 25/08/2025 within a period of eight weeks from today.
