Present petition has been filed for following relief : B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent no. 5 and 6 to complete transfer process in Month of 2026 as per the Government resolution dated 15.05.2014.

OR By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent no. 5 & 6 to change the posting in available vacancy.

Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and

2. Learned Advocate Mr. Nangare waives notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

Upon instructions, learned Advocate Mr. Nangare submits that the Petitioners' representations are pending with Respondent No. 3. Last representation that was made was of 17.04.2025 and the said representation would be considered within a period of four weeks. 4.

The Petitioners are contending that they have completed their respective tenure at the place i.e. five years of service and they are eligible for transfer and get benefit of the various Government Resolutions in respect of transfer of teachers. 5.

In view of the statement made on behalf of Respondent No. 3 that the representation of Petitioners would be considered within a period of four weeks, we dispose of the writ petition by giving directions accordingly.
