Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that order dated 3rd November 2025 passed by this Court is without hearing the petitioner and that he was not even made party to the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that order was fraudulently obtained by the Ashtavinayak Co-operative Housing Society.

If that is so, it is for the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings, however, writ petition in the present form is not maintainable.

Keeping all contentions open, the petition is disposed of as not maintainable with liberty to adopt appropriate remedies. 4.

If the petitioner has an alternate remedy by way of an appeal, it is obviously open for the petitioner to pursue such remedy in accordance with law.
