By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the Vigilance Cell Enquiry report has already been filed in his father's case and petitioner is ready to adopt the same Vigilance Cell Enquiry report.

In that view of the matter, since the petitioner is desirous of taking higher education, we direct respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
