903-WP-2270-26.doc of mandamus directing Respondent No. 4 - Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College, Pune to grant admission to the Petitioner for M.D. (Obst. and Gynae)/M.S. (Obstetrics and Gynecology) course for which the provisional allotment letter had been issued by Respondent No. 3Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on 4th February 2026. 3.

The amendment shall be carried out by the Petitioner forthwith.

Upon amending the Petition, the Petitioner shall re-serve the Respondent No. 4-College also with the notice of this order. 5.

The Petitioner shall file Affidavit of Service on or before the next date.

6.

Writ Petition shall be placed High on Board on 23rd February 2026.
