Mr. Mandar Goswami, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 4 - College states on instructions that in the event, the Petitioner complies with the requirements of the Respondent No. 4 - College, which requirements include the student coming to the admissions cell and is registered; submitting the requisite documents and admit card generated and thereafter being directed to the Dean Office of Respondent No. 4 - College, the Respondent No. 4 - College upon verification of the documents submitted by the Petitioner will grant admission to the Talwalkar

907.WP2270.2026.doc Petitioner in the Respondent No. 4 - College. The statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the Stray Vacancy Round coming to an end by tomorrow, the Petitioner is directed to comply with the aforementioned requisites of the Respondent No. 4 - College. The Respondent No. 4 - College upon compliance with the aforementioned requisites shall grant admission to the Petitioner.

It is pertinent to note that the Provisional Allotment Letter (Exh. G to the Petition) issued by the Respondent No. 3 - MCC on 4th February, 2026 shall no longer be applicable in the event the Petitioner fails to comply with the requisites of Respondent No. 4 - College. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
