The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Thakur', Scheduled Tribe is pending with Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 12.09.2025. The petitioner therefore seeks direction to decide the same within stipulated period.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of taking admission to the further professional course, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. 4.
