The Order dated 27.02.2026 below Exh.32 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ratnagiri in Special Darkhast No. 16 of 2024 is questioned. Normally, this Court would have issued the notices to the respondents before deciding the petition. But the relief claimed is innocuous. No prejudice is likely to be caused to the respondents if the directions are issued to the Executing Court to deal and decide applications Exh. 20 and 27 expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the applicant has made a candid statement that applications at Exh.20 and 27 are still awaiting orders. Though application at Exh.27 was directed to be posted on the next date, it is still Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Executing Court to decide Applications below Exh.20 and 27 expeditiously giving preference albeit after extending opportunity to the petitioners. ( SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J. ) Uday S. Jagtap 2 of
