1) The petition challenges order dated 8 January 2026 passed by the Trial Court rejecting the plaint under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908. It is well settled positon that rejection of plaint results into a decree which is appealable. Accordingly, the Petitioner has alternate and equally efficacious remedy of filing Appeal against the impugned order. On that count, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.
