Learned GP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, and upon instructions from respondent No. 2, makes a statement that the said appeal preferred by the petitioner would be decided within a period of eight weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No. 2 - Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Division Nashik to decide the said appeal dated 14.05.2025 preferred by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today.
