Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and upon instructions, submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of four weeks from today. We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No. 2 to decide the said proposal within a period of four weeks.
