By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 19th November 2025 passed by the competent Magistrate in an application filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (Securitisation Act) by the respondent No.1Bank. 2.

The petitioners have an alternative remedy of approaching the DRT under the provisions of the Securitisation Act. 3.

As a matter of fact, we are informed that after filing of this writ petition, the petitioners have filed Securitisation Application (Diary) No. 326 of 2026 before the DRT.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue the application filed before the DRT and also to seek appropriate interim reliefs therein.
