Learned AGP submits that all the matters transferred from the various Benches have reached Mumbai and are being re-numbered. They would be listed before this Court within a short period since re-numbering would be taking some time.

Registry is directed to list these matters, including the transferred matters from the Benches at Nagpur, Aurangabad and Kolhapur (Circuit) Bench, at 3.00 pm on 2nd April, 2026. 3.
The interim protection granted earlier by this Court vide order dated 11th March, 2026 in terms of paragraphs Nos. 9, 10 and 11 of the said order, would continue and the Petitioners will have to subject themselves for medical examination as per the schedule directed. However, after medical examination, based on the medical reports, precipitative action need not be taken since these matters are Part Heard and only few matters from the Benches are to be heard. As such, if there is any direction for registering the First Information Report, the said direction shall stand stayed.
