The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the order dated 18.02.2026 passed by the respondent, disposing of the application of the petitioner filed under Section 14 of the the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (Securitisation Act), nothing survives in this petition and it can be disposed of. 2.

Hence, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. 3.

Needless to say, the concerned Tahsildar shall expeditiously act in furtherance of the order dated 18.02.2026 passed by the respondent-Magistrate.
