The Respondent No. 1 appears in person who is 83 years of age.

By this petition the petitioner who is 92 years of age seeks a direction for expedite hearing of Notice of Motion No. 1760/2025 taken out in SC Suit No. 1009/2025 for grant of interim relief.

Having regard to the age of the parties and the nature of the reliefs sought in Notice of Motion, the learned Civil Judge seized with SC Suit No. 1009/2025 is requested to hear and SAINATH, PA 1/2
