Present petition is filed for following relief :- "(B) By issuing a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 1 to take steps and decide the communication/proposal/report dated 16.02.2024 submitted by the respondent No. 4, wherein the petitioner's Ashram school seeking permission to start new standard of the 8th and 9th Class under the natural growth as per the RTE, Act, 2009.

Learned AGP waives notice for all the Respondents and upon instructions from Respondent No. 1 submits that the letter forwarded by Respondent No. 4 with proposal dated 16.02.2024 would be decided within a period of four weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing Respondent No. 1 to decide said proposal of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
