.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

2.

This petition is filed for a limited relief of direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal - II, Mumbai (DRT) to dispose of the Miscellaneous Application filed by the petitioners. 3.

Considering the nature of relief sought in the petition, we are inclined to dispose of the same today itself. We find that Miscellaneous Application No. 27 of 2021 filed by the petitioners under Section 19(25) of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (RDDB Act), is still pending before the DRT. 4.

We realize that there is indeed heavy workload before the DRT at Mumbai. But, the application filed by the petitioners cannot remain pending forever.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the DRT to dispose of pending Miscellaneous Application No. 27 of 2021 filed by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today.
