This writ petition was disposed of by order dated 27th February 2026, inter alia, directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai (DRT) to dispose of Interim Application No. 109 of 2026 filed in Securitisation Application No. 38 of 2026, on or before 30th March 2026.

We are informed that said interim application could not be disposed of within the said time period and that short extension of time is required.
