By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to Respondent No.2 - Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation ("KDMC") to decide Representation of the Petitioner in light of Judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.903 of 2020 decided on 4th May, 2021 and Judgment of Apex Court in State of Maharashtra Vs. Raja Tukaram Shinde in Civil Appeal No.6212 of 2025 decided on KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV 28th April, 2025 expeditiously.
