The learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that inadvertently in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3, there is mention of respondent No.3. However, according to him, it should be respondent No.2 instead of respondent No.3.

As such, in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of the order, wherever there is mention of respondent No.3, it be corrected as respondent No.2. Corrected copy be uploaded.
