Heard. The petitioner has put forth following main reliefs :

"A) This Writ Petition may kindly be allowed. B) The respondent no. 2, 3 and 4 may kindly be directed to grant, release and disburse the pension and all consequential pensionary benefits to the petitioner, without insisting for tribe validity certificate, being the petitioner is retired on superannuation on 30/04/2025 from responded no. 4. C) Pending hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, the respondent no. 2, 3 and 4 may kindly be directed to grant, release and disburse the pension and all consequential pensionary benefits to the petitioner, without insisting for tribe validity certificate, being the petitioner is retired on superannuation on 30/04/2025 from responded no. 4."

2 spk.50.WP.2534.26.odt 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the proposal submitted by respondent No.4 herein to the respondent No.2 dated 09.01.2026, is under consideration for conferring the pensionary benefits in the light of Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022. He therefore submits that, the respondent No.2 be directed to decide the said proposal expeditiously. 3.

Considering an innocuous prayer made in the writ petition, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 09.01.2026 submitted by respondent No.4 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three (3) months from today.
