I have perused the order impugned dated 30.01.2026. It reads thus:

ORDER

"J.D is ready to pay amount. He is directed to clear admitted arrears in two equal installments. He is suppose to deposit first installment on or before 9.2.26 and IInd installment on or before 9.3.26."

As the order impugned is passed on the basis of statement of the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned.

The Petition is dismissed.
