The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to decide the representations of the petitioners pending with the office of respondent No.2, seeking 10% financial assistance towards self-equity for starting the Agricultural Cooperative Textile Mill at Pethwadaj, Tq. Kandhar, Dist. Nanded, in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 31.12.2011.

Learned advocate appearing for respondent No.2 tenders a letter dated 31.10.2025 issued by the Managing Director informing the Department of Social Welfare and Special Assistance Department that the Government Resolution dated 31.12.2011, by which financial assistance of 10% towards self-equity for starting the Agricultural
923-WP-2575-26.odt {2} Cooperative Textile Mill was provided, has lapsed and does not exist as on date. It is also mentioned in the said communication that a separate scheme has been launched by the Central Government and, accordingly, the State Government has discontinued the financial assistance provided by the Government Resolution dated 31.12.2011. 3.
Learned advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition in view of the communication dated 31.10.2026, with liberty to prefer a fresh application in accordance with the appropriate scheme.
