After hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioners and when disinclination was shown to grant relief on the basis of the documents annexed to the petition, the learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the petition in order to place on record the documents showing expansion of State Highway No. 40 affecting the lands belonging to the petitioners and also the subsequent communications. 2.

In fact, all the documents ought to have been annexed along with the petition itself; however, in view of the said statement, we permit the petitioners to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with all the documents on which the petitioners want to rely.
