Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Kochare, the learned AGP, on instructions, submits that, against the impugned order the petitioner has preferred an appeal being Appeal No.9/2026 and in the said appeal the State Government has passed an order of stay to the operation and execution of the order impugned in this petition. 3.

Since the petitioner has already invoked the statutory remedy and even stay has been granted, there is no propriety in entertaining the petition.

The petition stands disposed.
