The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe, which has been pending before the respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee since 06.02.2018, and therefore, the petitioner is seeking direction that the same be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the tribe claim is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since last more than 8 years, we direct the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of three months from today. 4.
