By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe, which has been pending before the respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee since 05.02.2025,be directed to be decide expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of appearing for NEET-UG-2026 examination and needs the tribe validity certificate, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and preferably by the end of June 2026.
