By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe, which has been pending before the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee since 28.10.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Vigilance Cell Enquiry report has already been submitted and is a part of record before the Scrutiny Committee in respect of his real brother and the petitioner is adopting the same. 4.
In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and preferably by the end of June 2026.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
