By this Petition, a limited prayer has been put-forth by the petitioner, seeking direction to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to " Tokre Koli" Scheduled Tribe, which has been pending before the respondent No.2/ Scrutiny

Since the petitioner is desirous of appearing for JEE (main)-2026, and needs the validity certificate, we direct the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's tribe claim as expeditiously as possible, and in any case by the end of June 2026. With this direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
