By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Thakar" Scheduled Tribe, which is pending since 20.06.2025 expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is preparing and desirous of appearing for NEET 2026 and is in need of validity certificate, we direct the respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June 2026. 4.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
