The petitioner is seeking expeditious decision of his tribe

(2) 931- W. P. No. 2592-2026.odt claim of belonging to "Mannervarlu" scheduled tribe, which is pending since 22.11.2013 with the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee.

In peculiar facts and circumstances, since the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending for almost 13 years, we direct the respondent/ Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of three months from today.
