At the outset, the learned AGP correctly points out that the grievance of the petitioner bank (secured creditor) pertains to the District of Ahmednagar and that therefore, the petitioner should have approached the Aurangabad Bench of this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner bank, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Aurangabad Bench of this Court.
