The present petition has been filed seeking directions to Respondent No. 1 - Principal Secretary, State Excise, Mantralaya, Mumbai, to decide the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner, expeditiously.

The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of all the Respondents. Upon instructions from Respondent No. 1, he submits that the Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner will be decided within a period of three (3) months.

The statement made by the learned AGP is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
