The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe is stated to have been pending with Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee since 25.03.2011. The petitioner therefore seeks expeditious disposal of his tribe claim. 3.

Though multiple reliefs have been claimed in the Writ Petition, however, we find that the purpose would be served by directing Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four (4) months from today, since the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending for almost 15 years.
