The petitioners are challenging a certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioners has alternate remedy by way of revision under Section 154 of the Act. Hence, keeping all questions raised in this writ petition open to be agitated in revision application.
