This matter was heard for some time, yesterday. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr. Niranjan Bhavake, sought time. An overnight pass over was granted yesterday. 2.

Today, the learned Advocate holding for Mr. Bhavake submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and would initiate appropriate proceedings for recovery of dues from the Respondent private sugar factory. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as Sufiyan Syed - PA
