By these Writ Petitions the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of their tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe which is pending with Respondent-Scrutiny Committee since 25.09.2024.

Though the petitioners have made application for expeditious disposal of their tribe claim, Respondent -Scrutiny Committee did not decided the tribe claim of the petitioners and thus the petitioners are Narwade

918 & 919 -2before this Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are desirous of appearing for NEET-2026 and CET-2026, we direct RespondentScrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June 2026. 5.
