The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to file an undertaking before this Court stating that they shall vacate the premises in question within a period of two weeks from today. However, the undertaking tendered today does not specify the period of two weeks for which the extension to vacate the premises is being sought. The learned Advocate further submits that the said undertaking shall be filed within two days, with an advance copy to the learned Advocate for the respondents.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking, the petitioners are granted a period of two weeks to vacate the premises.

It is made clear that if the undertaking is not filed within the stipulated period of two days, the respondents shall be at liberty to take possession of the premises.

The present writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
