Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives for respondent No. 1. Learned Advocate, Mr. Narwadkar waives notice for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Petitioner is seeking admission to the Post Graduate course and want the communication dated 04.02.2026 and 05.02.2026 rejecting her application.

The learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the last date for submission of documents was 28.02.2026 even opportunity was given to the petitioner to submit those documents PB-2-WP-2662-2026.odt

however, she has not submitted those documents. Now, the said deadline is over and unless it is extended by Medical Counseling Committee, New Delhi, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 will not be in a position to take any decision.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner thereupon seeks leave to amend the petition and add Medical Counseling Committee, New Delhi as well as Terna Medical College, Navi Mumbai as party respondent. 6.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Notice of respondent No. 4 and added respondents is made returnable on 17.03.2026. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve those respondent privately. If the service is effected then place service affidavit on record.
