Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. In the present petition, the only submission that has been pressed is in respect of considering the candidature of the present Petitioner from the 15% unclaimed NRI quota, which, according to the Petitioner, has not been filled in the college of Respondent No.6. He further submits that he would pursue his remedies in respect of four seats which are available in the college of Respondent No.6, and as the college of Respondent No.6 falls within the jurisdiction of the Principal Seat of the Bombay High Court, he seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition to approach the Principal Seat of the Bombay High Court by filing appropriate proceedings.

In this view of the matter, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
