CORAM
: AMIT BORKAR, J.
DATED : FEBRUARY 25, 2026 P.C.:
1.
Challenge in these writ petitions arise out of rejection of interim relief in an appeal under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 ("MCS Act"), against which the petitioner (in each writ petition) has alternative efficacious remedy by way of revision under Section 154 of the MCS Act. 2.
Hence, keeping all questions raised in these writ petitions open to be agitated before the revisional authority, all the writ petitions stand disposed of.
3.
If the petitioner (in each writ petition) files revision within one week from today, the revisional authority shall endeavor to decide ex parte ad-interim relief within two weeks from the date of filing such application.
