By an order dated 11/03/2026, this Court had disposed of the Writ Petition by directing that Debt Recovery Appellate TribunalMumbai (DRAT) shall hear and dispose of the pending Appeal No. 28 of 2025 on or before 29/05/2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the process of hearing and disposal may take some further time and therefore, this Court may consider granting extension of time for disposal of the appeal.
