Sambhajinagar for incorporating the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali. 2.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents No. 1 to 3 and upon instructions from respondent No. 2, makes a statement that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 3.
